About the 3RNET Annual Conference
About 3RNET's Annual Conference
The 3RNET Annual Conference is the only in-person education event 3RNET offers to our National Network of Coordinators each year. It's where partners meet partners, and stakeholders collect resources.
There’s no conference quite like 3RNET. You’ll leave with real connections and experience more than networking. Attendees, speakers, and sponsors from across the country gather to learn more about recruitment and retention in rural and underserved areas.
3RNET's Annual Conference connects you to the people and programs shaping healthcare workforce development nationwide — while demonstrating your commitment to equity, access, and collaboration.
About 3RNET
3RNET is the only organization of its kind. We are the nation’s most trusted resource for health professionals seeking careers in rural and underserved communities.
We’ve been helping mission-minded job seekers find their first, next, or forever job on 3RNET.org since 1995.
Our vast and diverse network – the National Rural Recruitment and Retention Network – diligently serves organizations that ensure access to care through the nation’s health care safety net.
We deploy workforce tools to support safety net health care recruitment and retention, including the 3RNET Annual Conference. We are best known for our nationwide job board, 3RNET.org, our data collection system PRISM, and our grassroots network of Coordinators who power everything we do.
We envision a United States where all communities thrive through a stable healthcare workforce. How we do our important work may vary, yet all stays within our mission to strengthen community access to a quality healthcare workforce.
The 3RNET Annual Conference provides in-person education to support and enhance the recruitment and retention of the healthcare workforce through informative data, technology, education, connection and collaboration.
