The Patient Access Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of reception staff and activities of all CDHC health center locations and services. The position requires a detailed knowledge base in registration, outpatient scheduling protocols and billing practices, including sliding fee scale compliance, as well as an understanding of how these areas affect the flow of work throughout medical, dental, behavioral health and pharmacy.
