• Practice Location
o Family Health Center
• Office Hours/Work Schedule
o Office hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00a – 5:00p, Friday 8:00a – 12:00p
o Call: 1:50 days (M-F) and 1:50 weekends Sat 8a – Monday 8a
o Lab, X-ray and pharmacy have same hours of operation as the UC services
o Family practice, CT, MRI and Ultrasound are by scheduled appointments
• Case Load
o 20-25 patients per day
