This is a full-time position working in our pharmacy providing high quality, cost effective pharmaceutical and/or related services to patients, physicians and appropriate customer groups. Also, participates in the ongoing assessment, planning and treatment of patients and to provide support to patients, patient's family, medical staff team and other appropriate persons. To maintain accurate and adequate documentation of services provided. Position takes rotating call as required.
