Kearny Mesa Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC).
The CBOC operates under a Patient
Aligned Care Team Model. Together with his or her team, comprised of a
PCP, RN, LVN, and a Clerk, the PCP cares for a panel of approximately 1,200 patients.
