The Main Campus is Tift Regional Medical Center, a 181-bed regional referral hospital located in Tifton. Southwell Medical Park includes various diagnostic services as well as primary and specialty care clinics.  Our Cook County campus is anchored by Southwell Medical, an acute care facility which includes state-of-the-art surgical services and a 12-bed geriatric psychiatric unit.  The Cook campus also includes Southwell Health and Rehabilitation, a 95-bed skilled rehabilitation facility. 
In addition, Southwell Physician Practices has more than 40 physician clinics and outpatient centers located throughout South Georgia. Services include primary care, convenient care, occupational medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health. We also offer a wide range of specialty care services, such as bariatrics, cardiovascular care, gastroenterology, oncology, musculoskeletal care, and much more.
