Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) is a non-profit provider, founded in 1983 to serve the health needs of community members who face barriers to healthcare. CHC offers affordable primary healthcare services, including medical, medical walk-in, dental, physical therapy, and pharmacy.

We welcome patients using Washington Apple Health, Medicaid, Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, select private insurance, and those who are uninsured. CHC will help patients without insurance sign up for Washington Apple Health. If ineligible, we offer a sliding fee discount based on household income and family size.

CHC is a grant recipient from the federal government and is considered deemed under the Federal Torts Claim Act (FTCA).
